Craft Lovers offers a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days after delivery to request a return.

How to start a return

Email hello@craftlovers.shop with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return condition and shipping

Return items in reasonable condition, with original packaging where possible. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and photos so we can help with a replacement or refund. We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped follow the return process.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
